Since customer satisfaction is so important to us, that since 2006 we have engaged the services of an independent customer satisfaction survey firm, GuildQuality, to gather inputs from every Merrill client. These third-party surveys regularly document superlative ratings.

According to a 2012 published survey in a remodeling trade journal homeowner satisfaction ratings nationwide for remodeling contractors was only between 60% & 63%. The difference depended on if the question was being willing to recommend the remodeler or being happy with them.
